The German company WANDRES was created in 1981. In
1982, at BASF demands, WANDRES created their first cleaning
machine to clean video tapes.
-
The
brush is slightly wetted by the Ingromat liquid (0,3 to 0,6 liters per
hour).
-
The
wet phase does eliminate electrostatic charges on the surface
of the material to be cleaned.
-
The
particules are trapped by capillarity on the brush fibers.
-
Particules
are then transported outside of the material, outside the
area which was cleaned.

Brush
fibers are dryed out, rotative scrappers tears off the particules
wich are sucked up and eliminated by an industrial vacuum
unit over a Æ 60 or 80 mm suction pipe.
- The brush itself is therefore automatically self
cleaned and can start the material cleaning cycle safely.
- Different
fibers are available depending on the process, 17 to 50 mm length, 0,08
to 0,40 mm fiber diameter.
- The surface to be cleaned is never wetted by the Ingromat process,
- If the cleaning is made on steel or metal plates with oil,
Ingromat process is not used,
- Different type of Ingromat product are available depending on the
next customer process applied after the cleaning of the parts.

- CF 05 : Cleaning equipment with integrated driven conveyor,
- SwordBrush : Cleaning device to be installed in customer conveyor systems
or a reel to reel system,
