PAL wet processing equipment are build according customers specifications :

Side frame transporter for a maximum load of 150 Kgs,
Gate type transporter for load of more than 2 000 Kgs,
Number of transporter defined by the machine troughput requested by the customer, 1, 2, up to more than 20 if needed.
Parts can be loaded and secure on fly bars,
Barrel type transporters available with integrated rinse and air pressure drag out reduction system,
Drip tray below transporters to reduce chemical pollution while transporting parts from one stage to another one,
Manual parts loading, semi automatic parts loading, fully automatic parts loading,
Manual parts unloading, semi automatic parts unloading, fully automatic parts unloading,
Machine can use trolleys which can transport heavy within the factory without requesting painful operation from the operators,
Most of the preripheral problems around the wet processing equipment can be optimized during the machine definition between the customer an PAL prior to the machine purchasing saving a lot of time, efforts and money during the machine utilization.
