Horizontal spray processing equipments build by HMS Höllmüller allowed a tremendous quality increase as well as the possibility to manufacture very fine line Printed Circuit Boards with the highest possible yield.

HMS Höllmüller state of the art piece of equipments always drove to the top the technology of Printed Circuit Boards manufactured by their customers. As an example, over the years, modules construction changed to fulfill the need of the high end market :

• 25 % Reduction of the basic module size.

• 115 % increase of the spray bar number in the basic module.

• 186 % increase of the spray nozzles number per square meter.

• 48 % reduction of the panel to spray nozzle distance.

For the etching process, special spray bar and spray nozzles configurations are used to :

• Reduce the paddle effect on the inner layers,

• Reduce the edged effect on external layers,

• Improve the etching speed between the top and the bottom side of the panel.

Each spray bar can be individually controlled or as a part of a spray bar group.
