The german company HMS Höllmüller was created in 1926 and became day after day one of the world leader for the manufacturing of wet processing equipment dedicated to the Printed Circuit Board Industry. Covering most of the the world, HMS Höllmüller never stop developing new technologies to answer never ending expectations of their most demanding customers.

Specifically concentrated on the horizontal wet processing, HMS Höllmüller decided once not to invest in handling equipments construction to better concentrate on it's core business : horizontal wet processing equipments.

The wide range of modules available by HMS Höllmüller allows almost any process to be safely run (non exhaustive list) :

    

  • Surface preparation with brushes,

  • Deburring after drilling,

  • Chemical surface preparation (micro etch),

  • Photo resist development,

  • Acid or alkaline copper etching,

  • Photo resist striping,

  • Tin lead or tin striping,

  • Inner layers oxidation,

  • Desmear permanganate,

  • Plating (direct plating or electro less copper),

  • Electrolytic plating (copper or tin),

  • Solder mask development,

  • Chemical tin finish,

  • Chemical silver finish,

  • Organic OSP finish,

  • Panel cleaning after routing,

  • Panel cleaning after Hot Air Leveling,

  • Final cleaning before shipment.
   

Modules construction are made of polypropylene (PP) or in metal if the process request it. Several technologies are used in the machine design :

   

  • Conveyor,

  • Spray,

  • Rinse,

  • Immersion,

  • Electrolytic plating,

  • Drying,
