FSL (Finishing Services Ltd) was founded in UK in 1963
to manufacture a range of conveyorised etching machines for the printed circuit
board industry. At that time, the only machines available in the UK were
manufactured in Germany or the USA.
In 1983, FSL moved to its present location in Kempston, a
modern 22 500 ft² factory.
In 1999, CEMCO purchased FSL to add new product range
to the equipment offered to the printed circuit board market.
FSL delivered and installed over 100 wet processing lines in France
for the manufacturing of the rigid printed circuit boards of very thin inner
layers :
- Chemical surface preparation - micro etch,
- Alkaline developer for dry film photo resist,
- Acid or alkaline etching,
- Alkaline striper for dry film photo resist,
- Tin striping,
- Direct plating Graphite 2000, Crimson, Shadow,
BlackHole,
- Oxyde replacement AlphaPrep,
- Cleaning boards after routing,
- And so on..
Engineered as a modular concept, FSL lines are available in :
- PVC,
- PP,
- Stainless steel,
- Other metallic construction for specific process as Desmear.
Directly available or through a distributor network worldwide, FSL
wet processing line offer an excellent price / performance ratio.
